Do I need equipment/gym access?

To get the best experience, having access equipment is strongly recommended. If you have a home setup and aren’t sure whether it’d do the trick, contact us.

Do I need to have gym/strength training experience?

No experience is not required, these details will all be accounted for in your initial assessment with your coach.

Does it matter if I am currently injured?

This depends on the severity of the injury and if you are currently following a rehab plan. Most of the time we can train around injuries until they are up to scratch, but clearance and liaising with your rehab professional is necessary.

About Your Coach…

I’ve been a personal trainer for 6 years where majority of my time has been spent working with general population, strength/muscle-gain and fat-loss clients.

Around 2 years ago I started enjoying running and helping some running clients with their endurance training. This helped me recognise how beneficial strength and plyometric training could be for endurance athletes, as well as how many of these athletes weren’t strength training at all.

My background and bread and butter is strength and conditioning, which I have been studying and implementing for 6 years, this provides me with a unique lens to help endurance athletes bridge the gap and use strength training to add to their endurance training and not detract from it.
