IN-PERSON STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACHING

Get the ultimate training experience and take your performance to the next level with our in-person sessions. These sessions are the most efficient way to get you and your training up to scratch.

Performance testing, 45-minute 1-on-1 and semi-private sessions all located in our gym in Caringbah.

SEMI-PRIVATE & SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Our semi-private strength training (SPT) sessions are capped at six people, with one coach per session. Each session runs for 60 minutes and follows an individualised program, so you’re not just doing a generic group workout.

Before joining SPT, every person completes performance testing, which we use to build a program around your current strength, movement quality, and goals. This approach keeps sessions structured, coached, and progression-based while still training alongside others.

If you are unable to train with us in the gym due to location or are just looking for a more cost-effective or convenient option, than our online coaching is for you.

TrainHeroic

Our programs are delivered via the easy-to-use and extensive app, TrainHeroic. It’s a one-stop shop, featuring exercise videos, training history and message support.

Constant Support & Monthly Programs

Things rarely go 100% smoothly, we understand this and it’s a reason we prioritise support channels so your coach is always there ready to help when you need them most via message and program flexibility. Our programs are delivered monthly.

Monthly Calls

Support is king and messages are great, but there is nothing quite like jumping on the phone and building a proper relationship. These calls will be every few months and extensively debrief how your training is going help us plan out the upcoming programming, enabling us to be at the forefront of your fatigue, performance and enjoyment!
