SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

SMALL GROUP STRENGTH & CONDITIONING COACHING IN CARINGBAH

TRAIN WITH US

Located in Caringbah, our Semi-Private Training (SPT) delivers the coaching of personal training with the energy of small group sessions - without the chaos of large classes.
Each session is capped at 6 members per coach, following structured individualised strength and conditioning programs that designed for real, long-term results.

What is Semi-Private Training?

SPT stands for Semi-Private Training - a 6-on-1 strength and conditioning model that combines structured group training with individualised programming.

Each session follows a main workout focus so the group trains together, but every member runs their own program through our training app. That means:

  • Individual loads, sets, and reps

  • Exercise variations based on injury history

  • Progressions matched to experience level

  • Adjustments aligned to personal goals

You’re never guessing what to do - your program is already built for you.

One Session. Individual Programs.

Unlike traditional small group training where everyone performs the same workout, SPT is personalised inside a group environment.

Before you start, we assess:

  • Training history

  • Strength levels

  • Injury considerations

  • Goals (fat loss, strength, performance, longevity)

From there, your program is delivered through your mobile training app, updated regularly and coached live during sessions.

You train alongside others - but your plan is your own.

“I have really enjoyed the sessions and Luke’s ability to adapt to my circumstances in terms of injury and also training load. I have definitely learnt some new techniques and also strength exercises and also the ability to do some of these on my own which has been great.

I definitely feel stronger both physically and mentally from the stuff we have done but also talked about. Going into an event knowing that I have done these sessions gives me confidence not only physically but also the mental side of it.

I would definitely recommend Luke and his training methods, as I have done to other athletes.”

"I signed up with Luke to prevent injuries and gear up for my first marathon, aiming for under 4 hours.

Throughout the program, Luke provided training plans that were not only enjoyable but also flexible, allowing me to train at a pace that suited me, with his consistent support and feedback. For the first time, I experienced a training phase without the usual niggles, aches, and pains that had plagued me in the past.

What stood out was Luke's unwavering support and compassion, especially during weeks when my training didn't go as planned due to my hectic work schedule. Instead of pressure, he offered understanding and encouragement, helping me stay on track without additional stress.

With Luke's guidance, I not only hit my marathon goal but did so injury-free and with a sense of enjoyment and fulfilment throughout the process. For any athlete in search of a knowledgeable, supportive, and compassionate coach, Luke is the one. Highly recommended!"

“Luke and I have been training on a weekly basis for around 4 months now. I came to Luke with an ITB issue and instability in my knee, through strength training we managed to remove the ITB issue. Luke's knowledge of strength training, general intelligence and understanding of your specific needs is what elevates him to the top of his field. He is highly adaptable to any injury/ niggle or situation that may arise throughout your training.”

“When I started at Evolve I told Luke everything I wanted to achieve and the goals I had. He has been able to tailor a program that in 5 weeks has provided great results to my overall strength and mobility. His focus on functional fitness is exactly what I was after. I’m learning so much from him about ways to improve and strengthen my body.”

As a surfboat rower, I need to be able to have a high level of strength and power whilst staying mobile and flexible. Luke and I work on all of these aspects together, and I have seen massive gains in my performance. Would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to get a competitive edge in their chosen sport.”
