Do I need to already be an Evolve client to book a training audit?
No. The training audit is open to any athlete or active adult, whether you already train with Evolve or you are finding us for the first time. Many people book an audit with no prior connection to Evolve at all.
Am I obligated to sign up for coaching afterward?
No obligation at all. The audit and your personalised training pathway are yours to keep regardless of what you decide afterward. Around 80% of people choose to continue into a coaching program, but that is your call, not a requirement.
Is the training audit right for me if I'm not an advanced athlete?
Yes. The audit is built for everyday runners and triathletes, not just competitive athletes. Whether you are training for your first 10km or your fifth marathon, the testing adapts to your current level and goals.
What actually happens during the audit?
Your audit runs 60 to 90 minutes at the Evolve gym in Caringbah with Luke. Beyond the physical testing, movement, strength, run technique, jump and plyometric assessment, Luke reviews your current running program, training load and progressions, any strength or other training you're doing, your injury history, and general nutrition and wellness. You'll get his honest opinion on what's working and what's holding you back.
What do I walk away with?
You will sit down with Luke to review your results, then leave with a personalised training pathway based on what the testing actually shows. It is yours to keep and use however you like, whether that is with Evolve or on your own.
